a zombie ninja. What turned out to be just fooling around got me really enjoying this character. This is his initial concept: [link]

His name is Jack and he has sideburns. He weilds 2 katanas, but one of them is broken. Also, he's an expert eyerapist.

- speedpaint, about 1.5 hours
- Photoshop CS and Painter IX

I feel like it's just not good enough for an actual upload.

no you don't.

save the same picture as a different file
then go to edit deviation and reupload it
then switch the category
uncheck "This edit is minor your Devwatchers wil not be notified"

and then submit that

so you can keep all the favorites :3

I would upload it in a few days...
